I grew up bilingual, speaking English and German, in Windhoek, Namibia. Having worked in the Film-, Advertising-, Print- and digital media- industry for several years, I have explored a wide range of creative forms of expression. Throughout the years I have been interested in combining psychology with art and have used painting as a form for emotional expression, to heighten my understanding about my own inner world and to find a form of release for thoughts, dreams, and feelings.

In addition to art, dancing, and writing, I love photography and filming, as well as making my own art videos. Additional interests involve the outdoors and nature, philosophising about life, depth psychology and dream work, mindfulness-art, yoga and open-water swimming.
